İşlemde ("in progress" in Turkish) is a job tracking system for repair and service businesses in Turkey. It replaces the notebook behind the counter: every job is checked in with photos, approved by the customer, and followed until it is handed back with a warranty.
What it does
- Job intake with photos, quote approval, and digital signatures
- Warranty certificates and a status page customers open by QR code
- Customer updates through WhatsApp Business templates and Turkish SMS providers
- Parts and stock with stock movements, a low-stock view, and parts used per job
- Appointments and recurring service scheduling
- Owner dashboard with notifications, a cash desk, and refund records
How it is built
A Turborepo monorepo on Bun: Next.js with tRPC, Drizzle, PostgreSQL, and Better Auth for the app, plus a background worker and a websocket server for realtime updates. Files live on R2, and billing runs through iyzico.
